Rooftop Access & Safety

Customers must provide safe rooftop or ladder access to the solar panel array. In cases of severe inclement weather or lightning storms, cleaning visits may be rescheduled for technician safety.

Service Inspection & Reports

Our technicians will perform a visual pre-clean and post-clean inspection. Existing panel micro-cracks or wiring degradation will be logged in your service report.
